Parties may bring cake or cupcakes or additional table set-up. Already prepared goody bags are allowed and must be passed out at the end of the event.

the # of RSVP PLAYERS
3 days prior to your event
20 PLAYERS OR LESS = 2 Tables
21-30 PLAYERS = 3 Tables
31-40 PLAYERS = 4 Tables
and so on...

Entry & additional seating will be provided for RSVP adult spectators/non-players. Adults can purchase their own entry upon arrival, but seating is not guaranteed.

*To Reserve: Select the category "Black Friday Holiday Party Pack". The price shown above is the total of both the base party pack AND the service charge included. To reserve, the customer must pay $125 deposit towards the party pack, which will leave a remaining balance due in-store the day of the party at check-in. THE DAY OF THE PARTY YOU MUST USE THE SAME CREDIT CARD WHEN PAYING THE REMAINING BALANCE. Store value credit cannot be used to reserve or pay any remaining balance with this promotional party pack. Store value credit can be used to pay any additional add-ons outside the base package.
Confirmation Deadline Dates (CDD): 3 days before your scheduled event, you must confirm your player count by sending an email to info@lolstations.com. This information is used to determine the number of tables assigned to your event.
Refund/Cancellation Policy: All monies & payments made towards any purchase, is non-refundable. Store credit option available only in a State of Emergency or if emailed 72 hours before the day of your event. Write in the subject "Cancelled Party" with party ID # included. Store credit can be used towards a future reservation or walk-in play packs, but may not be used towards promotional party packs, coupons, or discounts. Prices and packages subject to change without notice.
